Reglamento Interno de Hospedaje

1. Para la comodidad de todos nuestros huéspedes, las mascotas no están permitidas.
2. No se permite el ingreso de armas de fuego, materiales explosivos y/o inflamables. Tampoco de estupefacientes o sustancias similares.
3. El horario de ingreso a las habitaciones (check in) se realizará a partir de las 15:00 horas; y la hora de salida (check out) será a más tardar a las 12:00 horas. Posterior a esta hora se efectuará el cobro equivalente a media tarifa de hospedaje.
4. La habitación se entrega al huésped en completo orden y limpieza, con los elementos básicos como toallas, sábanas, jabón y papel higiénico. Agradecemos y recomendamos a nuestros huéspedes que hagan uso adecuado de estos recursos; y que no dispongan de estas toallas para la playa; de ustedes también depende que podamos seguir ofreciendo un servicio con productos de calidad.
5. Dentro de las tarifas establecidas de Tu Casa en el Mar solamente está incluido el servicio de limpieza para las estadías que superen las tres noches de alojamiento; es decir, para aquellas de cuatro noches en adelante. Se realizará una o más limpiezas, dependiendo de la cantidad de noches totales de hospedaje. Y así mismo se efectuará el cambio de toallas y sábanas, si se requiere. Si el huésped lo desea, podrá solicitar el servicio de limpieza adicional por un valor extra.
6. El huésped y sus acompañantes se comprometen a devolver la habitación y su dotación en el estado en que las recibieron y a asumir el costo de los daños, reparaciones o sustituciones que se generen por causas imputables a los mismos.
7. El volumen de la televisión o aparatos de sonido dentro de la habitación deberá ser moderado y se evitará producir ruidos que perturben la tranquilidad de los demás huéspedes. Así mismo, están prohibidas las celebraciones o fiestas dentro de las habitaciones.
8. Todas las visitas a las habitaciones por personas ajenas a los huéspedes están prohibidas, salvo las que se efectúen con la previa autorización de la administración y solo serán hasta las 8:00 pm. Nos reservamos el derecho de solicitar el retiro de cualquier persona ajena que estuviese en las instalaciones sin autorización previa.
9. Con el propósito de mantener el orden y la limpieza en el establecimiento, se recomienda a nuestros huéspedes no colgar ropa en las barandas de los balcones ni encima de los aires acondicionados. Sacar las basuras de las habitaciones diariamente y depositarlas en el contenedor azul ubicado al frente del edificio.
10. Está prohibido fumar en las áreas comunes y dentro de las habitaciones del establecimiento. Los únicos sitios permitidos para hacerlo serán en las habitaciones que hemos dispuesto como aptas para fumadores porque tienen balcón; y sólo lo podrán hacer con la puerta del balcón cerrada para evitar que el humo se propague al interior del edificio e incomode a los demás huéspedes. El incumplimiento de esta norma genera una multa por valor de 200 USD.
11. Tu Casa en el Mar no se hace responsable por pérdidas que el huésped pudiera sufrir en joyas, valores y efectivo que no sean depositados en las cajillas de seguridad dispuestas en las habitaciones. Los objetos o valores olvidados por algún huésped en la habitación, quedarán en custodia de la administración del establecimiento por un término de 30 días; concluido este periodo y al no haber reclamación alguna, serán desechados.
12. Antes de salir de la habitación por favor verifique que las luces estén apagadas y que las llaves de agua de los baños estén cerradas. Ahorre al máximo agua y energía. El suministro de agua en las Islas no es tan abundante como en una ciudad, además debemos ser conscientes del cambio climático tan drástico que estamos viviendo y que exige de su parte un mayor compromiso con el mejor uso de recursos que empiezan a escasear.
13. En el establecimiento Tu Casa en el Mar manifestamos nuestro total rechazo a la explotación sexual comercial de niños, niñas y adolescentes (Escnna) y cualquier método de explotación laboral infantil y/o demás formas de discriminación reportando de inmediato cualquier caso que se presente a las autoridades competentes. Si detecta alguna señal de trata, notifique inmediatamente a la administración.
14. En la prestación de los servicios por parte de Tu Casa en el Mar, no habrá discriminación alguna por razones de sexo, credo político, nacionalidad o condición social. El establecimiento podrá negar sus servicios cuando el huésped se presente al mismo en estado de embriaguez o bajo el influjo de drogas o estupefacientes o cuando pretenda dar uso distinto al del servicio de hospedaje.
15. En caso de que el huésped incumpla con el reglamento, Tu Casa en el Mar se reserva el derecho de dar por terminado el servicio de alojamiento. Esto independientemente de que el importe de la habitación ya esté pagado. En dicho caso, el huésped NO SERÁ ACREEDOR A RECIBIR REMBOLSO ALGUNO.

Intern Lodging Rules

4. The room is delivered in complete order and cleaned, with all the basic elements such as towels, bed sheets, soap and toilet paper. We appreciate and recommend our guests to make responsible use of this elements; and do not use the towels for the beach; it depends on you that we can still deliver great quality in our distributed elements.
5. Within the established rates of Tu Casa en el Mar, only the cleaning service is included for stays exceeding three nights of accommodation; that is, for those who stay four nights or more. One or more cleaning will be performed, depending on the number of total nights of lodging. And also the change of towels and sheets, if required. If the guest wishes, he can request the additional cleaning service for an extra value.
6. The guest and his / her companions commit to return the room and its allowance in the state in which they were received and to assume the cost of the damages, repairs or substitutions generated for reasons attributable to them.
7. The volume of the TV or sound equipment inside the room should be moderate, noise should not be loud enough to disturb the tranquility of the other guests. Likewise, celebrations or parties within the rooms are prohibited.
8. All visits to the rooms by people other than guests are prohibited, except those that are made with the prior authorization of the administration and will only be until 8:00 pm. We reserve the right to request the withdrawal of any third party who was on the premises without prior authorization.
9. In order to maintain order and cleanliness in the establishment, our guests are advised not to hang clothes on the balconies or on the air conditioners. Remove garbage from the rooms daily and deposit them in the blue container located in front of the building.
10. Smoking is prohibited in the common areas and inside the rooms of the establishment. The only places allowed to do so will be in the rooms that we have arranged as suitable for smokers because they have a balcony; and they can only do so with the door of the balcony closed to prevent the smoke from spreading inside the building and making other guests uncomfortable. Failure to comply with this rule generates a fine of 200 USD.
11. Tu Casa En El Mar is not responsible for losses that the guest may suffer in jewelry, valuable objects and cash that are not deposited in the security boxes arranged in the rooms. The objects or values ​​forgotten by a guest in the room, will remain in the custody of the administration of the establishment for a term of 30 days; after this period end and there is no claim, they will be discarded.
12. Before leaving the room please check that the lights are off and that the water faucets in the bathrooms are closed. Save water and energy as much as possible. The water supply in the Island is not as much as in a city, we must also be aware of the drastic climate changes that we are living in and that demands our part of a greater commitment to the use of resources that are becoming less every time.
13. In the establishment Tu Casa en el Mar, we express our total rejection of the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (Escnna) and any method of child labor exploitation and / or other forms of discrimination, reporting immediately any case that arises to the competent authorities. If you detect any sign of trafficking, notify the administration immediately.
14. In the provision of services by Tu Casa en el Mar, there will be no discrimination based on sex, political creed, nationality or social status. The establishment may deny its services when the guest presents himself to the same in a state of intoxication or under the influence of drugs or narcotics or when he intends to use other than the lodging service.
15. In case the guest does not comply with the regulations, Tu Casa en el Mar reserves the right to terminate the accommodation service. This regardless of whether the amount of the room is already paid. In this case, the guest WILL NOT BE A CREDITOR TO RECEIVE ANY TYPE OF REFUND.
